Credit Card Processing Policy

By submitting my information, I understand that my credit card will be billed directly. Tonti Family Wines will process payment and ship wines within 48 hours of receiving payment.  You may notify TFW in writing to discontinue membership at any time. All wine orders are subject to availability. Wine and shipping prices are subject to change. CA state tax and shipping charges apply. Shipping available to legal/reciprocal states only. Void where prohibited.

Wine Sale Policy

ALL WINE IS SOLD IN CALIFORNIA AND TITLE PASSES TO YOU, THE BUYER, IN CALIFORNIA.  We make no representation as to the legal rights  a to anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside of CALIFORNIA.  The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines.  By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.  WINES MAY BE SOLD ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD.  By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old.  When your wine is delivered you will be required to present ID proving you are at least 21 years of age.  WARNING:  DRINKING DISTILLED SPIRITS, BEER, COOLERS, AND OTHER ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES DURING PREGNANCY CAN CAUSE BIRTH DEFECTS.

Return Policy

We take great care to ship your package in perfect order. If for any reason there is damage causing your wine to be undrinkable, you may return your product by contacting us directly for a replacement shipment.

Wine Club Policy

 By Submitting this form I understand that my credit card will be billed automatically prior to receiving pre-release wine shipments. TFW will ship out quarterly wine club orders. You will receive an email reminder of your upcoming shipment. Please notify TFW in writing to discontinue membership or to make any changes to membership. All subsequent member wine orders are subject to availability. Wine club discounts are based on current winery pricing. Wine and shipping prices are subject to change. CA state tax may apply, shipping charges apply. Please call winery for current shipping rate details. Package discounts may not apply to library wines or large bottle formats unless stated.
